Delete your account

Request deletion of your Be a Hero account and associated data from Tinkr Studio.

How to request deletion

1. Email admin@tinkr.studio with the subject “Be a Hero account deletion request”. Send it from the email address associated with your account where possible.
2. We may ask for information needed to verify that the account belongs to you. Please do not send your password or payment card details.
3. After verification, we aim to complete deletion within 30 days and confirm by email when it is complete.

If the button does not open an email app, write to admin@tinkr.studio directly. You do not need to reinstall the app to make a request.

What happens to your data

Once the game launches, a deletion request will cover your account and associated data, such as your account details and game progress, and activity data if it is stored with your account. We will request deletion from service providers that process account data on our behalf. The final data types, any data that must be retained, the reasons for retaining it and retention periods will be confirmed in the privacy policy before launch.

Subscriptions

Deleting your account or uninstalling the app does not automatically cancel a subscription billed by an app store. To stop future charges, cancel it in the store where you subscribed. You can request account deletion even if you have an active subscription.
